CIA McCullough Building wins 2011 Preservation Award
This month, the Cleveland Institute of Art will receive a 2011 Preservation Award from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland commending the recently completed renovation of CIA’s 96-year-old Joseph McCullough Center for the Visual Arts on Euclid Avenue. AIA Cleveland is a chapter of the American Institute of Architects. NTCIC provided a $10 million leveraged federal Historic and New Markets Tax Credit equity investment to finance the rehabilitation.
