Second Annual Rutgers Report
This Second Annual Report examines the economic impact of the HTC and underscores the need for additional legislation to strengthen the federal credits, making them more widely available for smaller projects and also encouraging their use for green and sustainable rehab projects. Additionally, this year’s report takes a closer look at the impact of the federal HTC on selected states such as Kansas and Missouri.
The study was conducted by researchers at the Rutgers University Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, and commissioned by the Historic Tax Credit Coalition, a public policy advocacy organization. A brief summary of the report is available for download here.
