National Trust Community Investment Corporation
NTCIC syndicates federal and state historic and New Markets tax credits generated by a wide variety of projects. These include multi-family loft housing, office buildings, mixed-use properties, museums, theaters and community service facilities. NTCIC will provide equity in amounts as small as $1 million in combined credits. One third of its transactions have been with nonprofit sponsors and two-thirds with for-profit developers.

Preservation Economic Impact Model 2.0
The Preservation Economic Impact Model (PEIM), created by the Center for Urban Policy Research at Rutgers University, forecasts the total economic effects of the rehabilitation of commercial historic buildings. PEIM employs a multiplier methodology that calculates job creation, employee wages, and state and local tax benefits generated from a historic rehabilitation investment based on key project characteristics.
